Lighted, approx 15-20 foot tall. Base is bolted down with 4 bolts
in concerete. Very heavy metal stand.
All the buyer would have to
do is have a sign company change the face/name on both sides,
pour a concrete footing with 4 bolts, and you would be in business!
$300 is a fraction of the cost for a new one. The metal alone is
probably worth nearly $300.
